Scalable Product Solutions
1. Research & Discovery
Goal: Gain a deep understanding of the users, their needs, and the problem you're solving.
Requirements: Design a new platform feature for a two-way rating system between customers and copilots. Create a transparent and balanced feedback mechanism that fosters accountability and improves the overall experience.
2. Define & Ideate
Goal: Clearly define the problem and start brainstorming potential solutions.
Ideation: Brainstorm possible solutions, often through product and leadership.
Information Architecture (IA): Organize and structure the content in a way that makes it easy for users to navigate.

3. Wireframing & Prototyping
Goal: Create low- and high-fidelity versions of the product to test and iterate before final development.
Design Systems: Define design patterns, reusable UI components, and interaction guidelines for consistency across the product.

4. Iteration
Goal: Refine and improve the design based on product and leadership feedback.
Design Adjustments: Make necessary revisions to wireframes, prototypes, or high-fidelity designs based on insights gathered.

5. Visual Design & Handoff
Goal: Finalize the product's visual aesthetics and prepare assets for development.
Design Handoff: Provide detailed specifications, design assets, and documentation to developers using tools like Figma, Zeplin, or InVision for a smooth transition into development.
Collaboration with Engineers: Work closely with developers to ensure the design is implemented correctly and resolves any technical challenges.
