Problem statement: The customer needs a singular pathway to know when they have urgent action items, new product features, announcement from the business, and task updates, because the current process is scattered and confusing.
Design impact: Through designing a notification center, we optimized how customers access time sensitive action items, by creating a singular pathway to minimize confusion and accelerate productivity.
Problem statement: The project manager needs a way to manage their copilots and understand exactly what they are working on, because the current UI only allows for one copilot at a time.
Design impact: Through designing a copilot manager, we expanded the platform's capabilities to allow a product manger to request multiple copilots and view their assigned copilots at the organization level. This design solution created a seamless method for managing and adding copilots.
Problem statement: The customer lacks trust of book recommendations, and we need a way to tell them our book recommendations are coming from actual humans, because human to human book recommendations sell more books.
Design impact: Through creating a new book recommendation widget, we created a passive and impactful UI element for customers to see book recommendations from real humans throughout their shopping experience. This design solution allowed customers to build trust in book recommendations.
Problem Statement: Developers need detailed design documentation to know how to implement key UI/UX components, because there is often miscommunication or misinterpretation of how a design should function and look.
Design impact: Through create a well documented UX and UI, we achieve higher success of the design implementation during test and production, because all the design details have been documented.
